可调直流稳压电源设计

摘  要
 本次毕业设计是一个可调直流稳压电源。经过分析选用串联型线性稳压电源,它采用了负反馈原理来进行稳压直流稳压。该方案可以达到电压调整率、效率和输出电压可调整的指标。但是,因为该电路是线性稳压电源,调整管工作在放大区,管子的功耗较大,因此效率的提高是个难题。电源部分采用的是三端正电压可调集成稳压器来实现直流电压的连续可调,从而具有电压稳定输出的功能。其中数字电压显示部分采用的是基准电源,电压采样采用的是三位半的A/D转换器,实现模拟信号转变成数字信号,同时具有七路达林顿驱动器阵列。而七段锁存/译码/驱动器和共阴极的三位半LED发光数码管等电路实现前端A/D转化后的数字信号的数字显示。
 该可调稳压电源具有性能稳定,结构却相对简单,电压指标精度高,调节方便,输出可视化,功率消耗低,功率利用率高等优点。

ABSTRACT
 This paper is on the integrated-steady power with a digital. Pass by the analysis chooses to use to establish a line steady press power supply, it adopts negative feedback principle to carry on steady press direct current steady press.That project can attain an electric voltage adjustment rate,efficiency and output the index sign that the electric voltage can adjust.But, that electric circuit is the line is steady to press power supply, adjusting a tube a work Be enlarging area,the pipe consumes to compare greatly, so the exaltation of efficiency is a hard nut to crack.The integrated-steady voltage employs a three ports steady voltage integrated circuit it can be change contionously and output steadly The portion of digital display employs the reference power and 7/2 bit A/D translator etc.The steady power has many adrangtage such as steady fanction simple strecture and high precision etc.Some figures show a baseline voltage power. 7 Road Darling Woods drive arrays. Front Suocun / decoding / drive and the total cathode led luminous digital control circuits, such as achieving voltage figures.
 Should be adjustable steady press power supply to have the function stability, but the structure is opposite simple, the electric voltage index sign accuracy is high, regulating convenience, output can see to turn, the power consume low, the power utilization is high to wait an advantage.
