摘 要
十堰市农业审计信息管理系统是以十堰市审计局农业科的审计信息管理需求为背景，以相关审计管理法规为依据，以“金审工程”管理框架为核心业务体系，以传统审计业务管理和项目管理为基础，并结合管理信息系统开发的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法开发完成的。系统以农业审计信息的科学管理为目标，除完成了对基本数据的管理外，还利用OLE技术实现了对Word和Excel文件的管理。本系统的开发对基于电子文档的管理系统有一定的参考意义。
论文经对系统需求和业务流程的分析，基于数据库技术和网络技术，采用Client/Server体系结构，构建了农业审计信息管理系统的开发方案，整个系统由审计档案管理、审计数据管理和系统维护等模块组成，论述了系统E-R模型的建立以及由E-R模型到数据库物理设计转换的方法，设计了SQL Server数据库，开发了PowerBuilder前台应用程序，研究了系统功能实现中的关键技术。

ABSTRACT
 
 Agriculture audit information management system of Shiyan City combines the concept,the structure of the development of the management information system and the basic principle and method of the system developments and is completed with the requirement of the audit information management of the agriculture department of Shiyan City audit office for background, with the laws relating to audit management for basis, with the management frame of "the golden audit engineering" as the core business system, with the business management and item management of the tradition audit for foundation.The system,which takes scientific management of the agriculture audit information as the target, in addition to completing the management of the basic data, can also complete the management of word and excel document with OLE technique,and has the certain reference meaning according to the management system of the electronics text file.
 By analyzing the system requirement and operation flow, the system's structure is determined based on Client/Server framework, the database technology and network technology. The modules' functions of the system include audit files,audit data,system maintenance and etc. The system database is designed by E-R model method which converts the E-R model into the SQL Server database physical design. PowerBuilder foreground application program is developed. Key technologies in relation to system function realization are researched.
